Bethany Lambrou says about herself:

“I’m an English photographer currently living in Spain. Born in 1994 and recently completed my Bachelor of Arts photography degree. Throughout my work, I explore a mixture of fine art and social documentary, however, all of my photography holds a passionate and personal meaning behind it. ‘Stafford House’ was a project inspired by a family friend who was suffering from Alzheimer’s disease and was named after the rest home he was living in. The project documents the lives of the other residents living there and looks at a time when everything begins to feel lost. I search for the lost identities of the elderly with an intuitive approach to people and their stories, opening insights to worlds that would otherwise stay hidden and somewhat forgotten.”
