About ‘City Veins’:
‘City Veins’ is a series that focuses on the wire conduits that emerge sporadically in the streets of Paris. Photographer Adrian Skenderovic was drawn to the strange red plastic tubes popping up around the city that create a seamless curved line along walls and sidewalks, before disappearing back underground.
In our wireless world, these colourful tubes attest to the existence of a complex network that brings electricity, internet and life to every home. Put together, the photographs connect to create a single vein that runs throughout the city.
